Nutrition for Healthy Life

 Very Often, I come across people who have multiple health challenges but don't realize that its a challenge. They consider it as part of their life. I am mentioning about the minor discomforts that we face like gastric, acidity, body aches, cravings, low energy levels and so on. Dont even get me started on how many people accept lifestyle diseases without putting up a fight. Simply popping a pill to balance their thyroid hormone, control blood sugar values, uric acid levels is THE common thing today!!

 Is it fair to deal our body that way? Definitely not!! All our body demands is for basic nutrition and it can take care of itself if only we make sure our lifestyle is proper. Lets quickly get on to know what does our body need on an everyday basis.
